Portfolio Rights
Smart Tactics Inc. reserves the right to display completed client work in our portfolio — across our website at https://buildwithsmart.com, our social media platforms, presentations, proposals, and any other marketing materials we produce.
Portfolio display includes but is not limited to logo designs, brand identity systems, website designs, social media content, and campaign visuals
Work will only be featured in our portfolio after it has been fully delivered to the client and final payment has been received
Smart Tactics Inc. will always present portfolio work professionally and in a manner that reflects positively on both the client and the agency
We will never misrepresent the nature of the work or the results achieved for any portfolio piece.
Testimonial Use
Smart Tactics Inc. may request feedback or testimonials from clients upon completion of a project. Any testimonial provided — whether written, recorded, or shared verbally and then transcribed — may be used in our marketing materials with the client's permission.
Testimonials will only be used with the explicit consent of the client — either provided in writing or confirmed through a testimonial request form
Testimonials may be edited for length and clarity but will never be altered in a way that changes the meaning or misrepresents the client's experience
The client's name, business name, and location may be included alongside their testimonial unless they request anonymity in writing
Clients may request the removal of their testimonial from our marketing materials at any time by contacting us in writing.
Case Studies
Smart Tactics Inc. may create case studies based on client projects — documenting the challenge, strategy, execution, and results achieved. Case studies are a powerful way to demonstrate the real-world impact of our work and help prospective clients understand what is possible.
Case studies will only be published with the explicit written consent of the client
Clients will be given the opportunity to review any case study before it is published and may request reasonable amendments

Social media features will present client work professionally and positively at all times
We will tag or mention the client's social media account only with their prior written approval
Clients may request that a social media post featuring their work be removed at any time by contacting us in writing

Confidentiality Request
We fully respect clients who prefer that their project, results, or business information remain confidential and are not featured in our portfolio, testimonials, or case studies.
If you wish for your project to remain confidential, please notify Smart Tactics Inc. in writing before your project commences or before final delivery is made. Once a confidentiality request has been received and confirmed in writing by Smart Tactics Inc., your project will not be featured in any of our marketing or promotional materials.
Confidentiality requests submitted after a project has already been published in our portfolio will be actioned within 14 business days of the written request being received.
